My name is Paul Reid and I am the Managing Director of LCR Consulting.

Arguably the most exciting phase in the life of any business. 

Relentless energy, scarce resources, finding your feet, rolling your sleeves up, I remember it very well. 

When I ran my firm of accountants back in the 2000’s, our startup success rate was extremely high. I worked closely with clients to really understand their market, their plan/strategy and to help them succeed. I offered impartial, practical advice and help and introductions to my network of HR, legal, IT, financial professionals, who offer excellent advice and support too. I now do this for a few clients with the same support from my network. 

You may be thinking that you can’t afford this. I’d argue that you perhaps can’t afford not to have the support and it won’t cost you anything initially to try me and to find out.

How do I work alongside your business?

You decide this, and within reason, almost any level of relationship and input is possible.

I take the role of non-exec director and provide input, ideas, oversight, challenge, accountability, experience for as much or as little time as you feel you need

I am engaged as a mentor to an MD or FD where we have time allocated to work on personal or businesses challenges together, with the aim of making you and the business more successful
