I am an experienced Managing Director and Chartered Accountant with first hand experience in setting up, growing, and selling companies.
I successfully exited my last business in 2023 and now consult to SME’s that can benefit from my skills and experience.

Although I will incorporate coaching and development in my consulting work, I don’t preach theory from the sidelines. I work best when I get involved with a leadership team and work with them closely, within the business. I will form part of your leadership team for the period of the engagement.
I am also a mental health and physical first aider as you can see.
I am a dad, a keen rugby fan and fitness fanatic. I enjoy travelling, good food and wine and the occasional game of golf.
LCR are my son’s initials and having worked to understand my own personal motivators, I couldn’t think of a better name for my consulting and support business.
